r-zakarya 8d03b74b6a chore: drop the -tray debugger run parameter from the project file ...

Committed by accident while testing the tray launch. Left in, every F9 from
the IDE would start hidden in the tray — the exact confusion the parameter is
worth warning about. It is a local debugging preference, not project config.
