fix(fillbar): la barrette remplit meme quand les raccourcis sont coupes

"Autofill with global hotkey" desactive faisait ignorer a la page toute
demande, barrette comprise. Delphi dit maintenant d'ou vient la demande ;
seuls les raccourcis sont coupes.
