style(android): the icon buttons lose their chip, keeping their target
Three translucent pills per list row weighed more than what they pointed at. The drawing alone carries it. The target stays 44 px: that is what a finger expects, and it does not need to be visible to exist. The press feedback moves from the background to the stroke, since there is no background left to dim.
